Do not complete this form for Backdrop Specials. This form is strictly for Focal Point and Full-Scale service packages only.

Do not submit this Event Styling Form unless you have an executed venue contract and a deposit receipt.

Exceptions apply only to:

  • In-home events or business/corporate events held at a business establishment, OR

  • Clients selecting a Full-Scale Décor & Design package with venue scouting included

All other submissions must include the following:

  • Executed venue contract

  • Venue deposit receipt

  • Venue floor plan or photos/videos of the setup area

  • Inspiration images/videos

PLEASE NOTE: All required items must be submitted & reviewed before a phone consultation can be scheduled.

Please read our EVENT STYLING PROCESS carefully before submitting an inquiry and ensure you are prepared. Dates are booked based on readiness, not the order of inquiry submissions. Please double-check that all details are accurate, as this information will help us in our response.

To check the availability of your preferred event date, please refer to the booking calendar above. This calendar applies only to our Focal Point and Full-Scale Decor & Design services. Available dates are displayed directly on the calendar. If a date is partially or fully booked, the booking status will be shown. On mobile devices, you may need to tap the date to view its booking status.

If your preferred date is partially or fully booked, please contact us at support@poshwayevents.com before submitting this form.

Partially Booked: This date is tentatively reserved but may open up within 5-14 days if not fully confirmed. It may also be held for a Focal Point Design service, in which case we may still be able to accept another order. You may email us to check the status of a Partially booked date.

Fully Booked: This date has been secured with a signed contract and deposit typically for a Full-Scale Design service, so additional bookings are unlikely. However, if setup the day before is an option and that date is available, we may still be able to accommodate your request.
